Owner Bryan Easton began working with GSI South General Manager, Tracy Eddy, after meeting her at a business networking group. During the eight years that Bryan and Tracy have worked together, Tracy’s proactive approach has made it easy for Bryan to protect his business.
“It was an easy decision to go with Tracy, because she knows what she’s talking about,” Bryan says. “She’s just really approachable, and she makes it easy; she’ll ask questions about the things we don’t know we need to ask about.”
Elite Superfinish has an extensive fleet of loan cars, adding complexity to their commercial insurance requirements. Every time a car is added to the fleet, removed from service, or involved in an accident, it’s sorted with a quick phone call.
Having an efficient, straightforward claims process makes life easier for the Elite Superfinish team, and their customers. “You want something easy,” Bryan says, “especially if a customer comes in and someone’s hit the loan car, and it’s not their fault!”

“It’s an easy relationship, we’ve built rapport over the years,” Tracy says. “I’ve helped with claims, additions to the fleet, annual reviews - just keeping things up to date, and making sure Bryan has the best cover for the best value.”
